1. You will be notified via your email address on the day the governance book is sent complete with the NZ Post tracking code.

2. A follow-up text message will be sent as some of my emails have ended up in the spam bin!

3. Book arrival. The book should arrive within 2-4 working days within receiving the tracking code. Rural deliveries may be a bit longer.

4. On-line governance survey. The aggregated results will be handed out at the start of the course for discussion.
